Training alone can often lead to complacency and boredom, following the same routine day in, day out. My energy, enthusiasm and motivational expertise ensure that my clients are always inspired and committed to fulfil their personal fitness goals.

A 55 minute personal training session;
- One person £35
- Two people £25 each
- Three people £20 each
- Four people £15 each
