Body Conditioning is an easy to follow and extremely effective non impact class which will improve your body's muscle tone, strength, endurance and core stability. The class is a whole body workout where exercises are performed to music on the floor and using various pieces of equipment which can include hand weights, barbells, steps, stability balls and tubing. This class will get every muscle working, no co-ordination is required and it's suitable for all abilities and ages.
