About Becca

Becca McLachlan brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to everything she teaches. Her journey began in the 1980s teaching classic Jane Fonda–style aerobics, and since then she has continually evolved — embracing Personal Fitness Training, Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Holistic Therapies to create a truly integrated approach to wellbeing.

As a highly experienced personal fitness trainer, Becca offers tailored one-to-one sessions designed around each client’s individual goals. Whether you want to increase strength, improve fitness, aid recovery, or enhance posture and mobility, her sessions are fully personalised to help you move safely and effectively. Becca’s deep understanding of anatomy, functional movement and corrective exercise ensures that every programme supports not only your body but your overall wellbeing.

After 25 years of teaching and managing at Dallington Country Club and Fitness First, Becca opened her own  Personal Training Studio at Brampton Heath Golf Centre in Northampton in 2011. In 2019, she expanded her offerings and founded Yoga Tree, a calm and welcoming space dedicated to mindful movement and wellbeing.

Drawing on her extensive background in fitness, Becca blends the strength and conditioning of Personal Training with the mindful practices of Yoga and Pilates to create a balanced, whole-body approach.

Becca is known for her compassionate and intuitive teaching style. Her calm, encouraging energy helps clients feel confident and supported — whether they’re new to exercise or looking to stay motivated. Her goal is always to help you move well, feel strong, and live with greater balance, vitality, and ease.
